This monthly publication created pro bono by Executive Director Joanne Hobbs is posted on the Santa Clara County Probation website and sent online to every one in the Juvenile Justice department as well as printed for distribution to parents and interested parties who have youth detained in the facility. Hobbs' intention was to educate the public about "what's working in Juvenile Hall" using the powerful "Appreciative Inquiry" (AI) method of organizational change and personal stories of inspiration, success and transformation.
